Responsibilities:

-Customer service person to greet the public as they enter to discuss projects, willingness to learn about quickbooks if not already proficient.
- Upholster and repair boats, vehicles, or other items according to specifications
- Measure, cut, and sew fabric or leather to create upholstery pieces
- Assemble and install upholstery components such as padding, boats, and automobile seats.
- Collaborate with clients or designers to determine upholstery needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficiency in using power tools for cutting and shaping materials
- Strong woodworking skills and willingness to learn how to sew
- Ability to assemble and install upholstery components accurately
- Experience in auto restoration is a plus
- Knowledge of fabricating techniques for custom upholstery projects
- Familiarity with various hand tools used in upholstery work
- Competence in operating a sewing machine for efficient production
